Zoe turned one on Sunday. She is getting so big and I
can't believeshe is already one. It seems like yesterday
she was born. We hada fun princess party with all of
the familyand then on Mondaywe had Jocelyn and Jared
over to celebrate. Zoe got a lotof cute toys and clothes.

This last weekend we took a trip to Lake Powell with my family.
Zoe loved it and she did a lot better than I thought she would with
wearing the life jacket the whole time. We did cliff jumping, tubing,
kneeboarding, and just playing on the beach. Zoe had to be
the flag girl the whole time, she would scream if you took it away
from her. We didn't mind cause no one likes to hold the flag.
We had a lot of fun and are excited to go back next year.
Zoe started walking yesterday. she just started going. She is going to be running by next week I bet, it is so fun to watch her walk. I know I will be chasing her around but that's ok it will be fun.
Yesterday we hiked up to some waterfalls in Diamond Fork Canyon. It was a lot of fun but really hot. Randall had Zoe on his back and I carried all the food and water. It was a lot of weight for me to carry but I did it. We had lunch at the waterfalls and played in the water. There were some hot springs there too but they were too hot to play in right now. Zoe fell asleep on the way up to them and on the way back. I guess she is like me because if I am bounced or rocked I fall asleep. Altogether the hike was 5 miles. This morning I could barely stand. It hurts to walk now but it was worth it.
